Philosophy
McKenzie Coaching Group began with a simple principle – that people have the answers they need within themselves.
We spent many collective years in the world of business, working with individuals and groups in order to help them achieve their goals. We developed organizational change programs, redesigned business processes, created communication strategies, and taught leadership skills. With each project, we saw teams and organizations undergo change, and become motivated around the new initiative.
All too often, however, the solutions we provided solved only part of the problem and change was short-lived. The true issue, dilemma, struggle, question had not yet been asked.
What was far more important than building skills or developing programs was asking questions, and listening. And, building capabilities within our clients to do the same with their team members.
With one-on-one coaching, our clients achieve profound insight, confidence, commitment, and skill. And their teams and organizations achieve lasting change.
